Exchange Policy

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items returned without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all courier costs when returning items to us for an exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange.

  • Bulk Buyers will cover the courier cost to send the exchanged item back to you.


No Refund Policy

Please note that Bulk Buyers does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide exchanges for eligible items that meet the conditions listed above.
